The Castell-y-Bwch is a traditional free house ideally situated along the rural lanes of Henllys between Cwmbran and High Cross. A great place for that ‘out of town’ drink and a traditional pub meal. As a Brains pub we offer a great range of Beers, Lagers, Ciders, Wines and Spirits. As well as tea, coffee and soft drinks for the kids.

Our freshly prepared menu has something to suit all tastes and appetites. Our traditional home cooked Sunday roasts with all the trimmings are a popular favorite (please book in advance to avoid disapointment. Served 12pm – 4pm).

All of our meats and vegetables are from local producers whenever possible and we are very proud of our relationship with local beef suppliers. Our steaks are the best around. Come and try one.
